My workshops provide a group learning experience that focuses on a specific topic, whereas a counseling session is a one-on-one interaction between a counselor and a client. Workshops are designed to educate, inspire and provide practical skills for a particular issue or challenge, whereas counseling sessions are more individualized and tailored to address a client’s specific mental health needs.
These workshops provide a collaborative and interactive environment, where participants can share their experiences, learn from each other, and practice the skills they have learned. This can be a valuable experience for individuals who are seeking support, as they can benefit from the experiences and insights of others who are facing similar challenges.
In short, these workshops are a more general and communal learning experience, whereas a counseling session is a more individualized and private therapeutic experience. Both have their own unique advantages and can be useful for different reasons, depending on an individual’s specific needs and goals.
Creativity and Conflict Workshop

The fear of conflict and criticism often blocks novel ideas from entering group discussions. However, groups that establish safe, open and authentic communication styles are in better positions to use conflict to enhance creativity.
In this experiential workshop we will introduce, teach and model how to put into practice methods and skills to engage conflict while retaining group cohesion and effectiveness. It is important from the onset to establish values that allow for mistakes, encourage risk, inquisitiveness, and rejects intentional efforts to undermine individuals and the group’s mission. We will invite conflict by giving permission for individuals to share their perspectives without concern of criticism. We will then explore and analyze the way the group has historically communicated with each other and the role conflict has played in enhancing or suppressing ideas. Then, we will use the ‘conflict and creativity’ model to identify the ways to improve communication and problem-solving skills specific to your group.

Group Process and Dynamics Workshop
Group dynamics is the way individuals within groups interact with each other to process information. Understanding how to calibrate and organize these dynamics is key towards enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
In this experiential workshop we will focus on the back-and-forth flow of communication as it happens while developing schematic maps of how the group engages the creative process. As the creative process unfolds, a clearer picture of how the group dynamics function will emerge. How are goals created? How are metrics developed? How are priorities established? How are complicated problems solved? What roles do individuals play? What are the possible consequences of implementing actions? How is all of this information integrated into a functioning whole?
In this experiential workshop we will take your group through an in-depth processing session and analyze together the way the group interacts. In this manner we will get a sense of how your group operates and identify precisely where and how changes can be made. Instead of changes being imposed from outside of your group, this workshop aims to facilitate self-awareness so that change comes from within.

Dreams, Myth and Spirituality Workshop

Dreams are ongoing expressions from the deeper part of our psyche travelling with us throughout our life cycle drawing upon mythological and personal material to facilitate psycho-spiritual evolution.
In this experiential workshop we will open the floor for group members to share their dreams and draw upon the dream images and narratives as pathways to explore the world of the psyche. Although dreams are typically clothed in personal material and memories; they are also infused with mythological and archetypal themes. On one hand, an individual’s dream will only find true significance for the individual dreamer, while on the other hand, the dream will also have meaning for the group because we are all joined together in the same psychic structure and issues represented by the dream.
Ultimately, the purpose of dreams is to cultivate consciousness and wholeness; to restore those split off from ourselves, we will project these aspects onto the world around us confusing the outer world with our inner projections. Dream work is about dismantling illusions in order see reality with our own eyes.

Breathwork and Emotional Resiliency Workshop
All of our emotions are first experienced within our bodies as sensations. Intentional and focused breathing practices works with our physiological systems to strengthen and enhance our capacity to feel and understand its meaning.
Meditation and deep breathing have been used by spiritual traditions worldwide to calm and center the mind. Modern scientific research likewise has documented tangible positive results. Breathwork will not take away all of your problems, but it will help create an internal atmosphere of orderliness to place you in a better position to manage and navigate life’s inevitable challenges. Breathwork is also useful psychologically in that it provides meaningful tools for building emotional resiliency and unblocking emotional channels so that memories and past experiences are able to flow and be released.
This experiential workshop will introduce and teach the basics to Pranayama Breathing, Vipassana Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga.
