You’re invited to share what’s drawing you toward Kundalini or somatic work, and I’ll offer reflections based on how I work with energy, the nervous system, and deeper embodied healing.

There’s no payment required upfront

You’ll be invoiced for the session afterward ($120 USD), once we’ve spoken and both feel it’s right to continue.
